CEO David Roberts
David Roberts is a seasoned leader, entrepreneur, and public safety professional with a proven track record of building businesses that address critical community needs. With over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, military service, and business leadership, David has dedicated his career to creating practical, people-first solutions across transportation, security, and fleet management industries.

David’s journey began with over two decades of service in the United States Coast Guard, where he retired with the rank of Lieutenant Commander. Following his military career, he served nearly 20 years with the Oklahoma City Police Department, attaining the rank of Master Sergeant. His work in public safety shaped both his leadership philosophy and his commitment to problem-solving at the intersection of operations and community service.

In 2010, David founded David Roberts Consulting, LLC, providing security guard services to businesses, events, and mental health
facilities across Oklahoma. That business, now operating as DR Security, continues to play a vital role in safeguarding people and property with a team of highly trained officers and guards.​
​Recognizing the need for more compassionate, non-criminalized mental health transportation, David partnered with the State of Oklahoma in 2021 to establish OK RIDE CARE. This groundbreaking initiative provides safe, person-centered transportation for individuals experiencing mental health crises, reducing reliance on law enforcement and setting a new standard for care in the state.
In 2023, David expanded his portfolio by launching Bison RV & Auto, offering repair services for RVs and maintenance support for the growing vehicle fleets that serve the company's diverse operations.

Today, David Roberts Consulting serves as the parent company for these specialized businesses, united by a shared mission: delivering operational excellence, prioritizing community well-being, and filling service gaps where they matter most.

Her professional success is rooted in a lifelong commitment to service, mentorship, and building systems that empower people and businesses to thrive.

A dedicated mother, community advocate, and driven business leader, she has served in numerous leadership roles within the Moore, Oklahoma community. Her background includes board membership with the Moore Public Schools Foundation, service as a Cheer Coach at Highland East Junior High, and a three-year tenure as President of the Timber Creek PTA.

Her passion for shaping strong communities extends beyond education. In her role at David Roberts Consulting, she oversees the daily operations of a growing portfolio of businesses, including security, behavioral health transportation, and fleet management. Her proven strengths in organizational leadership, operational strategy, and team development have been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and impact across Oklahoma.
